TANGO2 — 2004 PONTIAC GTO
On November 29, 2006, GM Holden Ltd donated a 2004 GTO Pontiac Coupe as our second race vehicle. This vehicle now regularly appears at competition events as well as public events and shows.

On November 30, 2011, GM Holden Ltd donated a 2008 Commodore SS-V Sports wagon as our third race vehicle. This vehicle is currently being prepared for competition activities.

TANGO4 — 2011 VF SS Sedan
On November 13, 2014, GM Holden Ltd again demonstrated their commitment to Beat the Heat (WA) Inc by the generous donation of a 2011 VF SS Sedan. This vehicle arrived in Perth in full GM camouflage trim, minus all standard lighting and badging, having been used as an on road test “mule”. Significant time was spent on the vehicle at Fletchers Malaga Smash Repair to get it to the car you see today.

TANGO1 (The original) — VQ STATESMAN
In the early 1990’s, Senior Officers of the Police Traffic Branch of the Western Australian Police Force explored the feasibility of creating a Police Drag Car aimed at breaking down perceived barriers between Police and youth. Holden Australian donated a 1990 Pre-production model VQ Holden Statesman to the program.
